 For many commercial or government agency VERSA-LOK projects, you'll need proper specifications of planned construction to ensure a successful project. Most commercial VERSA-LOK projects are specified “Design/Build.”
Generally, specifiers provide the planned wall layout, including wall heights, alignment, on-site soil conditions and design requirements. Contractors then submit bids based on preliminary engineering and material estimates provided by the wall supplier. The contractor awarded the project retains a qualified, licensed, professional civil engineer to prepare final construction drawings and submits these to a specifier for approval.
VERSA-LOK has made it easier than ever to provide guideline specifications for a “Design/Build” commercial VERSA-LOK project. Specifications for VERSA-LOK walls in traditional split-face and Weathered textures, including geogrid reinforcement, can be downloaded in a Microsoft Word document or in a “text-only” (.txt) format by clicking on the appropriate file name below.
